Warhammer ahoy

Postby Llamafish » 31 May 2015, 22:14

I havent played Warhammer Ahoy, but am aware of it. It basically WHFB at sea. The rules I attached are from 3rd version of the game. I am aware that our David has played and altered the rules when he was at GW, so might be able to remember what needs to be tweeked!

So if anyone got some spare time to revise for 8th ed...

I had a proper read of it now.. I dont think it actually will be that hard to work in 8th ed!

So might make a boat soon and have a crack, or a boat template to test the game!

Jon expressed an interest in doing something like this if we did an event.

Make a boat, turn up, play!

IF any one is interested - thinking 1000pts might be a good starting point!

How big are we looking to make boats? As in a rough guide to each size. Just so im not rocking up with a three foot barge vs everybody else and their dinghys

In the rules it give guidance for ship size to points. ATM i can only really find middle sized ships in my price range if that helps!
