Played my fimirs at the weekend with the Warriors of Choas rules, which worked out very well really for the brutality of the list.... but as me and Nik discussed afterwards - really didnt few very Fimir like in game play.

I been using the link below for "ideas" for the armies proxies units and themes (ie marsh reavers etc), but it was never completed/corrected due to issue with fluff from warpstone magazine.

Wondered if anyone willing/interested in updating and adding to this? I looking at myths and ideas on the internet atm - and talking to a couple of folks...

I may be interested... ;)

I know we chatted briefly about this earlier, Mark, but what exactly is required? Are we talking using the existing rules as published by this Mathias Eliasson chap, but replacing/re-writing all of the fluff?

yeah - Not sure what to say for this now, Mathias is meant to be revisiting the fandex...

God knows when tho!

Anyhow...

2 spawns from the old beasts of Nurgle and the last fimir (for now)!

Here is the Grunty Fen Clan just after the battle - Raid of on Campbell drive trade route!

The battle was meant to be a quick raid on for bearded dwarven women and Bugmans XXX Ale...

Just to say the battle was rather brutal, with Logg (Mistmor version of Throgg) so called for his log he waves in battle, killing half the dwarf Thong with his mistmor and almost getting most of Malal blessings during the battle (seriously it was getting silly). But sadly was forced to flee the field finaling when his unit was outnumber by a troop of slayers (seriously who takes 30+ slayers lol)

The Dirach TarpotSmite (demon prince) manged to destory the prized organ cannon and defeat Joseph Bugmen and his rangers in Single handed combat!

The battle was far bloodier that aspected and all that remained at the end was a unit of slayers and TarpotSmite... hopefully the spoils of war was worth the lives lost by the Clan.... and the grudges entered into the dwarves books (Scott does actaully have a book of grudges, I am lucky to have the 1st 3 entries :) )

It has been a while since I have updated this thread so I thought add to it some more of my thinkings

Now that I have fimir heads being casted by Curtis over at Ramshackled miniatures, the true fimir can come out to play!

So to start things off RotBeast, I trying to find suitable creature to fit the Marsh Lands of Grunty Fens..

SO introducing first

THE DEATH KIWI by Warploque miniatures
