Retro gaming (the computer type)

Postby venerabledread » 26 Apr 2014, 19:42

Found my Icewind Dale and Icewind Dale II disc this afternoon. Been messing a little but I can't download the editor because I haven't got winzip. Bloody computers.

Anybody else love retro gaming?

I tried in vain to get Space Hulk to work about two years ago but on modern computers theres too much messing about with code and stuff that I have no clue about to be able to manage it unfortunately!

I might be wrong, but I think you just need DOS to run those old games. Pretty sure you can download a DOS emulator for free from Sourceforge.

David will correct me if I'm wrong! ;)

Yeah, DOS, somewhere between my getting hold of Space Hulk and realising I needed some DOS stuff it got complicated for me...
